Everwood Estates is the largest and most significant new community planned for Turner Valley. This 80 acre master planned community will consist of a series of phases and be home to over 400 families when completed. Homes in phase 1 of the development will be built by 5 reputable home builders offering a modern mix of home styles including bungalow, two-storey, duplex and townhome product.
Everwood will have over 9 acres of open/green space when the community is built out. Included will be a water splash/ice skating park that can be utilized year round. This park will be located in phase 2 of the development.
The Town of Turner Valley boasts a expansive path and trail system and plans have been proposed to include a 1.4 kilometre pathway connecting to the existing Friendship Trail which connects to neighbouring communities. Residents enjoy this trail for hiking, cycling, walking and jogging.
